IN-aesthetik offers all aspects of plastic surgery. Our range of facial treatments covers eyelid correction, lips and nose (hyaluronic acid) as well as lifting and optimisation of volume and contours using fillers. Aesthetic correction to the breast area, whether enlargement or reduction and liposuction and lifting operations for the whole body are also part of our specialist range.

Surgery in the genital area is a sensitive topic which we treat with great discretion. The new anti-aging skin treatment Hydrafacial™, which is as gentle as it is effective, is also one of the treatments which we offer, together with botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid and fat transfer. All treatments are for both women and men.

Face

The face is one of the areas in which there is large potential for aesthetic surgery. Lifting of the eyelids is very effective and can be carried out relatively quickly. This operation is popular with women but also with a growing number of men, as firmer eyelids and non-hanging eyebrows create a much younger appearance.

Men and women of all ages suffer from narrow lips. Lips can be corrected using the injection method. Fuller lips can be created for example by fat transfer or the use of hyaluronic acid. We also carry out corrections to the nose after thorough consultation. However, we concentrate on the correction of the outer form using hyaluronic acid which is similar to natural substances produced by the body; a trend that comes from Los Angeles.

Lifting to counteract the aging of the skin can be done through surgery, but there are also methods which do not require an operation. We can choose the right method for you during the first consultation. We can also correct your chin or your ears, treat marks on the skin or carry out corrections to your facial profile. We treat wrinkles and increase volume with hyaluronic acid from Teoxane, in particular the revolutionary TEOSYAL ® RHA technology, as this is non-invasive, we also use botulinum toxin.

Hyaluronic acid can be used in numerous forms of treatment:
Liquid facelifting, corrections to the shape of the nose, remodeling the shape of the ear lobes, preauricular skin folds (folds in front of the ear), hand rejuvenation, rejuvenation of the genital area, throat and décolleté, improvement of the vibrancy and moisture content.

Breast

Aesthetic surgery offers a variety of possibilities to make the breast area more attractive. Breast augmentation (enlargement) is the most common form of plastic surgery in Germany. Breast enlargements are usually carried out under general anesthetic. A silicon implant is implanted into the breast. This is usually done through an incision in the breast fold, the silicon implant is normally placed beneath the breast muscle. We use implants from known manufacturers with many years of experience, thus enabling us to offer you the implant best suited to your body.

Breast-lifting is extremely common. The female breast often loses its firm structure in later life, after weight loss or after breast-feeding. If it is not done in conjunction with a breast enlargement, the lifting is achieved by a skin tuck in the breast area. The nipple is often too low after an operation of this type and must then also be realigned.

Breast reductions are for women who suffer from breasts which are too big – either because the weight causes physical problems or the patient suffers from psychological trauma. There are different methods of doing this, which range from liposuction to the removal of tissue by various means.

An increasing number of men choose to have breast operations. The breast can be enlarged with implants in order to produce a more muscular appearance. Liposuction and breast-lifting are also carried out, for example following gynaecomastia. Gynaecomastia means that the breast tissue is enlarged, usually due to hormones, which can produce a breast with a female form.

A breast operation is usually followed by one overnight stay in the Klinikum in Ingolstadt on the Comfort Plus ward.

Body

The human body can develop a wide variety of problems. In many cases these are linked to a surplus of body fat. Liposuction is becoming increasingly popular to remove this. The extra fat is drained from the problem area through a tube. There are different ways of doing this. Vibration lipolysis removes the fat through vibrating tubes, which is a more gentle process. Liposuction usually takes 1-3 hours depending on the site and volume. The operation can be carried out as an out- or inpatient, depending on the time needed. It is essential to wear compression garments for 4 to 6 weeks following the operation if an optimum result is to be achieved.

If there is not as much fat to be removed, good results can be obtained using the fat-removal injection Aqualyx®. This is used primarily for the chin, the upper arms, fat depots in the armpits, on the inside of the thighs, knees or stomach. It is a medically registered product and consists of a diluted form of bile acid similar to that produced by the body. We are officially certified to carry out this specific injection technique. Further operative measures include lifting operations on the upper arms, thighs and abdominal wall.

Men

Men are becoming more and more concerned about their appearance. For this reason, more and more of them are having cosmetic surgery. As with women, liposuction is one of the most popular operations to treat problem areas. A further frequent operation is lifting of the abdominal wall. When a man loses a lot of weight, either by doing a lot of sport or from a change of diet, he often has a problem with loose skin in the abdominal region. In such cases, the surplus skin tissue is removed and the abdominal wall tightened.

It is not uncommon for men to suffer from a heavier sweat production than women, the so-called hyperhidrosis. Many men find that the stains which ensue or the rather unpleasant odour are disturbing. This can be remedied by the removal of the sweat glands. This is often done using the tumescence method, which functions rather like liposuction. Sweat glands removed in this way do not usually grow back. An alternative, non-invasive and very popular method to counteract sweating under the arms is the use of botulinum toxin.

Hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin are very gentle techniques for treating wrinkles in the facial area. Particularly popular applications are the smoothing of the nasolabial fold and the creation of more volume in the cheeks to improve the contours of the face.

Hydrafacial™

Hydrafacial™ is an innovative and highly effective form of anti-aging treatment. It is a non-invasive and therefore particularly soothing form of skin rejuvenation. With Hydrafacial™ layers of skin are removed and the skin cleansed before being treated with valuable nutrients and vitamins to bring about a significant and lasting improval of the complexion. This method can be used with all skin types and has many advantages: the skin is rejuvenated and cleansed and the results are visible almost immediately. The skin is cleansed down to the pores and hydrated through all its layers. Hydrafacial™ is proven to improve the health, elasticity and firmness of the skin. Your complexion will be visibly smoother and cleaner.

The application of this method is completely gentle and begins with a lymph drainage to improve your skin health. Microdermabrasion removes dead skin cells, before an exfoliant is applied for an intensive vacuum-cleansing of the skin. The special vortex technology is then used which gently provides the skin with serum containing nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants. Finally there is a light therapy to encourage the production of collagen using red LED light. Blue LED light is used for the treatment of acne.

This treatment is particularly successful for pigment spots, scars and acne. We find that this treatment is effective in its own right, but also in combination with other forms of treatment (such as hyaluronic acid).

The result: in a very short time, your skin looks and feels fresh, clear and radiant.

Botox Filler

Nowadays, there are various methods to help people get rid of their wrinkles, at least for a time. One of the most popular methods used by aesthetic surgery to counteract wrinkles is botulinum toxin. It is injected into the affected area using fine needles, which is almost always painless. The botulinum toxin causes a break of the impulses usually transferred to the muscle layer just beneath the skin. This leads to a paralysis of this muscle and the skin above it becomes taut.

Wrinkles can also be treated using so-called fillers. These contain either hyaluronic acid or body fat. Hyaluronic acid is a natural product related to our own hyaluronic acid and has a strongly hydrophilic effect. This makes the skin more elastic, which smooths the wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid is introduced into the problem areas through tiny needles or tubes. In the case of nasolabial perioral skin folds (the so-called barcode), wrinkles in the tear duct, the chin area or the build-up of volume around the cheek bones, lips or nose, this method is often used to great effect. In our surgery we use exclusively hyaluronic acid from Teoxane, in particular the revolutionary TEOSYAL ® RHA technology.

Wrinkles can also be treated by using fat transfer as a filler (so-called lipostructure). To do this, fat must first be obtained from the body; this is done by liposuction. This method of reducing wrinkles is considerably more complex than treating them with botulinum toxin or hyaluronic acid. However, it has the advantage that a fat transfer can bring more lasting success. This operation is carried out in the operating theater on an outpatient basis.
